Private Catering Packages

Basic- Food prepared and served in aluminum foil pans customer receives food only, no services besides food preparation and delivery. Delivery fee may apply dependent on delivery location. For pricing please see our pan menu.

Deluxe-We will setup a 10X10 tent with griddles for cooking. We will setup a table for side dishes in aluminum pans and condiments for your guests. Basic paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery will be provided. Drinks in coolers

Premium-everything in our Deluxe package with the addition of  premium disposable plates, premium disposable cutlery, premium plastic cups, premium napkins, high quality cloth tablecloth on tables. Premium chaffer dishes instead of aluminum pans. Premium skirted iced drink display.

Extra packages: 

Dessert table--cold brew coffee and an assortment of Portuguese pastries

Snack table-your choice of setup before meal or after meal. A small table will be setup with bowls of varying Portuguese snacks 

Snack table premium:- In addition to bowls of snacks a large charcuterie board with a collection of Portuguese cheese’s, meats and crackers

Fresh beverage station-freshly made passion fruit lemonade dispenser 5 gallons and Mango iced tea 5 gallons
